Dear Sir,

I have used your air mattress, for my father first and my mother next. (KosmoCare Anti Decubitus Bubble Air Mattress MM2 for prevention of bed/pressure sores)
Both left for heavenly abode peacefully. Thankyou for providing me with very useful equipment for this endeavour.
As a user / care provider, I had the following feedback for you.

The two way adjustment fowler bed that I got from the market was 6 feet and 6 inches long.
The bed that came with it was 6 feet long.
KosmoCare Anti Decubitus Bubble Air Mattress MM2 was 7 feet long. And tuck in flaps on either side was 2 feet

I feel, if your bed was just 6 feet or little less than 6 feet, and the tuck in flaps were only 1 feet each, it would have been wonderful.

Due to this extra length provided we ended up damagging two mattress (puncher), which could not be repaired with the provided puncher kit.
The puncher happened bothe the times at the folding crease only.
when the puncher was repaired with the kit provided, it would reopen after 2 or 3 days of use.

this is the only feedback I had, otherwise the performance of the product was simply brilliant and we were satisfied.
